PROPORTION OF EMPLOYEES WITH DISABILITIES

Northeastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) upholds its commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity employment by maintaining a diverse workforce that includes employees with disabilities. As of 2024, the University employs a total of 1,430 personnel, among which 7 are persons with disabilities (PWDs).

The University continues to ensure that recruitment, appointment, and workplace policies remain accessible and accommodating to all, in alignment with both the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability (Republic Act No. 7277) and the Sustainable Development Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
